Bộ phim kể về Gemma (do Allison Williams thủ vai), một kỹ sư Robotics đã chế tạo ra M3GAN - con búp bê có ngoại hình hệt như người thật, sở hữu trí tuệ nhân tạo. M3GAN được quảng bá trên thị trường như một người bạn đồng hành của trẻ em và là người trợ giúp cho các ông bố bà mẹ. Gemma quyết định sử dụng nguyên mẫu của M3GAN trong nhà riêng của mình với cô cháu gái mới nhận nuôi. Thế nhưng mọi chuyện đã trở nên mất kiếm soát, khi con búp bê bắt đầu có những hành động bảo vệ quá mức người bạn của mình.

My best friend is wanting to see this when it comes out, and as someone who has grown up watching horror movies, I think the concept of a killer doll movie is great coughs Chucky coughs but even then, this looks like crap. I’m not talking about the actors or anything like that, but the way some of the scenes are… could have been a lot better executed. I’m a huge fan of Wan, even thought the Malignant movie was a little far-fetched but still gave it a try. But this? Like come on, the crawling in the woods when she’s supposed to be an android and the dancing are prime examples. I don’t know, but I honestly dread having to watch this with her ??

Honestly scoffed at the beginning of this when I saw it as an ad. But the idea of a badass Android set on protecting you no matter the cost. I love it! great idea for a movie :)
